At HinaKnots, every product is carefully handmade with time, effort, and attention to detail. Because our items are handcrafted in small batches, we currently offer returns or replacements only in specific situations.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• You received the wrong product, or

• The product arrived damaged during delivery

Important Requirement

To claim a return or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened from the beginning.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Return Request Time

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and unboxing video.

Resolution

If your claim is verified, we will provide either:

• A replacement product, or

• A refund, depending on availability.

✨ Because each piece is handmade, minor variations in colour or finish are natural and not considered defects.
